1.APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

You accept that the terms in this Policy will apply to your use of wholesome and/or any requests you make to purchase Product(s) through the wholesome. You are advised not to conduct business on wholesome if you do not agree to the requirements in this Policy. Please be aware that from time to time, we could change the terms of the Policy that govern your right to cancel, return, or receive a refund of a purchase order for a product from wholesome. 2.TERMS OF CANCELLATION

(a) You have the option to cancel the order before the product is dispatched. Once the dispatch process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

(b) The request for cancellation of the order may be made by calling our customer care number, or by using any other method that may be occasionally informed to you.

(c) Upon receiving your request to cancel your order, it will be done so immediately. The reimbursement process will then begin 48 hours after the cancellation has been confirmed.

3.TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

(a) Within the time limits and by the terms stated, you may begin product returns. Subject to the conditions of this Policy, we would accept the request for the return of such a product.

(b) If you have received a Product that is eligible to return under the terms of this Policy, we suggest you file a request on the wholesome right away.

At our sole discretion, we’ll check to see if:

(a) We accept the Product’s damage and/or defect claims, or (b) the Product’s alleged non-compliances,

Only if the conditions set forth by wholesome are met will your reimbursement be executed. The amount of the refund will be credited to the original payment method you opted for. You acknowledge that, depending on the terms and restrictions of your financial institution or payment solution provider, it could take additional time than expected for your refund to appear in your account once it has been initiated.

(d) Please be informed that you will get refunds in your bank account (by the bank details that you submitted to us) for Products for which you had selected “Cash on Delivery” as a payment option.

(e) The request for a refund may occasionally take longer to process with banks or financial intermediaries. However, you can get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to help if the refund doesn’t happen before the specified period.
